- On site Logistics for a 6 Billion dollar, 3700 acre construction site, an average of 250,000 m/h a week logged by a daily workforce of over 5000 craft employees for over 18 months.
- Developed a Rental program with documented cost savings of over $7.2 million
- Took the lead on the development team for all deliveries, approx 3,000 deliveries a week for over a year to the site, as well as on site traffic consisting of employees and distribution from storage areas to point of installation.

A 230,000mh turnaround, involving 700 company employees, simultaneous with a 112,000mh fire rebuild project. Supporting over 1,200 contract employees on this same project.
- Reduced PSRC turnaround rental costs by 38%, through innovative management & implementation of JIT methodology.
- Reduced TIMEC turnaround consumable expense by 23%, through creative management.
